Biggest day ever yesterday for Kyero
August 19th, 2010
Kyero.com recorded its busiest day ever yesterday in terms of number of visitors.
I did a quick comparison with the same 30-day period last year and here’s what I found:
Visits: up 19%
Page views: up 42%
Pages per visit: up 20%
Average time on site: up 16%
Bounce rate: down 16% (less is good)
All of that also translates into more people making property enquiries (up 10%), more property page views (up 39%) and more referrals to estate agent’s web sites (up 29%)
Aside from the constant work we do to improve the visibility of Kyero.com in the major search engines, I think at least some of this growth comes from a renewed interest in bargain Spanish property.
As this recent article from Globaledge concludes:
Spain and France, the two largest markets with British buyers are recovering at significantly different speeds. Searches for French property are down more than twice those of Spain compared to two years earlier. The driver behind the trend is the continued scent of bargains from its oversupply issues.
